Brook Mollington Banastre Hotel & Spa Chester

I recently stayed at a hotel in Chester for a few days and had a positive experience. The internet connection at the hotel, Brook Mollington Banastre Hotel And Spa, was excellent. It was fast and reliable, which made it easy for me to stay connected and get work done during my stay. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my time there. I would recommend this hotel for its reliable internet access and friendly service.

The room was spacious, with a great pool and gym. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff, with the exception of a few, were amazing and went above and beyond to help us, especially when my daughter had an accident and needed her clothes cleaned. We also appreciated that our dog was allowed in certain areas of the bar/lounge and that there were bins provided for picking up dog waste. The leisure facilities were also very good, and we found it convenient to catch a bus near the hotel to get into town.

I loved sleeping 1 night in this hotel. The property was spotless and luxury. Pleasant, accommodating staff team was in all receptionist.

The location was really good, not in the city center but with plenty of free parking. Chester was only a short drive away. The breakfast was great value for money. The room was warm, but there was a fan provided to cool it slightly. The bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed for our short stay.

We loved staff and location, the hotel had essentials we needed. Even though the view was particularly nice, we had nice bedroom. The venue was a useful base for enjoying a lovely area, not far from Chester and the centre of town.

An iron, an electronic key card and a flat-screen TV in my triple room where useful during my stay even for one night. Courteous, polite personnel was in all receptionist.

It's also surrounded by overgrown borders, providing a natural and relaxing environment for families with children. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a range of amenities such as jacuzzi, pool, and sauna. Guests can enjoy a delicious and free breakfast, with options for a full English or lighter fare like fruit and cereal.

It was surely a really comfortable stay. My king room was warm with a sofa bed, an iron and an electronic key card. Quick check-in. There was a lovely garden.

Came in Chester to relax and have fun, this pet-friendly hotel was nice place for doing it. It took me 5 mins to get to the bus station. There was lots of good meals.

Delicious dinner and cooked-to-order breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Grand room with four poster. Charming aging hotel. Nice gardens. Great location.

The room was absolutely fantastic, featuring a spacious four-poster bed, a luxurious bath, and a refreshing shower. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
